I believe the reel system at my property is a post-1997 Plastica model, which was already installed when we moved in. Is the Power Pack 100 compatible with this type of reel system?

If the reel system's tube features four grooves running along its length, then we no longer provide adaptors that are compatible with this design. In such cases, new tubes and end boss assemblies will be required.
