I am getting Error Code E34 on my Heatseeker, what does it mean?
The Error Code E34 on your Heatseeker is related to ambient temperature and can occur due to either a false reading or an actual high temperature. This error may manifest when the temperature outside is too low for the Heatseeker to operate or when it rises above 34°C.
A common reason for a false reading is direct sunlight on the small probe located on the top left of the evaporator. If the sun shines directly onto it, it can cause an incorrect reading. This probe can be shifted slightly to avoid direct sunlight exposure.
If the ambient temperature genuinely exceeds 34°C, the system will shut down as a protective measure and restart once the temperature drops.
